I. CALL TO ORDER
The Chairman called the meeting to order at 7:40 p.m.

III. WORKSHOP
The Board talked with its staff about applications for construction reviewed by the Board and permitted by the Zoning Commission or its Officer that fall short of the Town’s intentions for a consistent and cohesive improvement of architecture, lighting, signage, and landscaping. The Board also talked about the need for redevelopment of certain areas of the town, as well as planning efforts for more attainable housing and first-rate commerce.
The Board decided it would like to concentrate on issues related to appropriate lighting of buildings, sites, and signage, as well as reduction of light pollution. The Board will contact the Zoning Commission to share its ideas for updates to the town’s standards and guidelines. The Board agreed to reserve its second meeting of each month for such brainstorming.
IV. ADJOURNMENT
The Chairman adjourned the meeting at 9:40 p.m.
